PETER BRAUN has advised community hospitals for nearly thirty years. Peter’s experience includes corporate structures, capital financings, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, physician contracts, and vendor contracts, as well as a broad range of strategic and general counsel matters.
Before joining Ankner & Levy, P.C., Peter was a partner in the Health Law Department of McDermott Will & Emery’s Boston office, where he was one of the original four healthcare attorneys who founded the office in 1981.
