JILL BRAUNWALD PORTERis an experienced health care attorney, advising a wide variety of for-profit and charitable providers on regulatory and transactional matters, including risk management issues, contract review, licensure requirements, medical staff proceedings and disciplinary measures. She also has experience interacting with regulatory agencies and provides advice on change of ownership events and compliance issues. Jill has worked with a broad range of health care clients, including physician groups, hospitals, dialysis providers, home health care companies, clinics, pharmacies and medical tourism companies.
Previously, Jill served as Associate General Counsel at Fresenius Medical Care NA, the world’s largest integrated provider of dialysis services and products, where she was Division Counsel for the Dialysis Services and Homecare Divisions. Prior to her employment at Fresenius, Jill was a partner in the Health Law Department of McDermott Will and Emery’s Boston Office. Jill earned her law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University and her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Bucknell University.
