LARA BETH WINNfocuses her health law practice on regulatory compliance and transactional matters. Lara provides legal counsel to physician practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, a biotechnology company and a malpractice insurance company. She is experienced in corporate governance matters, compliance programs, licensing and credentialing, facility accreditation, patient care matters, state and federal privacy issues, and fraud and abuse matters. She also assists clients with establishing contractual relationships.
Lara was named a “Rising Star” in BostonMagazine’s 2009 “Super Lawyers” edition. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association (Health Section) and the American Health Lawyers Association. Lara earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
